• Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from your final price.

• As a reminder, an email will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• .For clients opting out of the shampoo service within their package, we kindly request that your natural hair be prepared before your appointment. Please ensure it is thoroughly washed, dried, detangled, and ready for your hair service
